Shipping policy

Standard Shipping (2-3 days processing) 

We utilize multiple carriers for shipping our products. After your payment is processed and completed, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 48-72 hours for your order to be shipped out. Afterward, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday after 4:00 pm eastern time will not ship out until the following Monday.

The length of time your order arrives will vary depending on your zip code. 

If your order has been shipped, and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, please contact the shipping carrier for further information.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your package(s) will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

 

Damaged/Missing Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL has marked your package as delivered.
